Originally from Edmonton, Morgan Elander joined our firm as an articling student in 2013 following his graduation from the University of British Columbia. Staying on with the firm after his call to the bar, he quickly built a reputation as a knowledgeable lawyer working in the areas of wills and estates, real estate and business law. Clients often remark that Morgan makes difficult topics easy to discuss, and that he actually explains documents to them instead of just telling them where to sign.
After several years of practice with the firm, Morgan became a partner shortly before the merger with Soll & Company in 2019.
Morgan is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Kamloops Daybreak and the Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association. When not in the office or volunteering, he enjoys hiking, fishing, travelling, and spending time with his wife and daughters. Morgan also speaks Japanese proficiently.
